At Kathmandu, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 60-day return policy for Summit Club members and 30 days for non-members, provided items are in their original condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or use our online returns portal to select the items you wish to return and obtain your unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Ship the Parcel
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any Australia Post location or a designated collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
